The District 4 Community Advisory Council is hosting a Meet & Greet and celebration honoring Councilwoman At-Large Mary Waters. The event is intended for the entire District 4 community and will feature opportunities to meet and connect, a birthday celebration, music, food, games, and family activities.

The event will be held Saturday, August 29, 2025, from noon to 6:00 p.m. at Commemoration Park, 12545 Alma, Detroit, MI 48205.

The theme is “Together for a Stronger D4” and “We are D4! One Community. One Voice. One District.”
