IV.  Presentations, Hearings, and Discussions

  1. Acknowledge Government Officials (or spokespeople)
  2. Acknowledge Neighborhood Police Officers.
  3. Acknowledge leaders of community organizations in District 4.
  4. Introduce Workgroup leaders (each cite a core issue that the Mayor or City Council can resolve)

            1. Land, Environment & Blight.

            2. Communications.

            3. Economic & Community Development.

            4. Safety & Security

            5. Governance.
            6. Basic needs.

V. Unfinished Business

A.        1.The Mayoral meeting will be rescheduled. It will be live for CAC members and broadcast live o          over Zoom.

2. Refining issues and expectations.

                        B.         1. Update on potential date and time of City Council Meeting.                

2. Matters to be discussed at City Council Meeting.

C.         Resolve the matter of who will be our future fiduciary and what terms we will agree upon. This                         item is unfinished, but can be moved down the agenda to the Treasurer’s report.

                        A. Confirm Calendar for the remainder of 2024.

                        B. Confirm Fiduciary.

                        C. Strategy for Real Community Engagement.

                        D.  Updates to Work-group and District 4 Neighborhood leadership.
